Hi there!

My name is Niamh, an Irish Yoga teacher, Cacao Facilitator, and Retreat Host who is incredibly passionate about helping others to connect to their true self and live a more fulfilling life through yoga and self-love.

The tools and practices I share have enabled me to connect with my inner world, helped me to love and accept all parts of my being, and allowed me to step into my full power and light.

My wish is that everyone gets to connect to the magic that lies within and live a life they truly desire.

Now living in the Algarve, I teach in-person classes in Lagos and co-host yoga retreats with my sister Elaine throughout the year.
